The following section describes the installation of the Ptx-Viewer and the necessary components of the installation.

Preparation
FireFox 29.0 or higher.
File Installation : PtxViewer.xpi.
Installation
1. How to install FireFox Extension :
Drag and drop PtxViewer.xpi file to FireFox instance. Or Right click PtxViewer.xpi file and select Open With FireFox Or Double click PtxViewer.xpi file if xpi file is associated with FireFox.
2. How to start Ptx viewer :
1. Active License. Please refer refer to the Ptx-Viewer License 2. In Firefox Browser, click on toolbar button, or Select Tools-> Ptx Loader.

To view otx
Click button Browse and select otx file.
To view ptx
Click button Browse and select ptx file.
Ptx-Viewer features
- Load a Ptx file and draw horizontal tree. Nodes are Packages, Documents and Procedures.
- Use the same design like for documents
Drag mouse hover and show comment
Click on ProcedureCall Node
- If the user clicks at a document the document is opened in an new tab
- If the user clicks at a procedure the related document is opened in an new tab and the procedure is selected
- Table about the content of the index.xml (Columns: Filename, Category, UpdateState, CreationDate, Creator; table is only visible in detailed mode)
