OTL Syntax
XmlDocumentTerm = Xml.CreateXmlDocument(XmlElementTerm, StringTerm, EncodingTerm, BooleanTerm);Description
The CreateXmlDocument term is used to create an XmlDocument from an XMLElementTerm.
Return Value
The Term returns the value, see table below.
