The controls of the Status Bar with their descriptions are as the following (according to the order from left-to-right):

Control Description
Error/Warning button Displays the number of the errors and warnings in the Error list window.
DoIP button Open the "VCI/Vehicle selection for Diagnostics over Internet Protocol (DoIP)" dialog, if the DoIP is selected in the "Vehicle" combobox of the Diagnotic Database, this button will be enabled (click here for more information about the DoIP configuration).
Offline mode button Switchs the Offline mode ON/OFF.
Diagnostic Runtime System button Open the "Configuration of Diagnostic Runtime Systems" dialog.
ODX Diagnotic Database (Vehicle) button Open the "ODX Diagnostic Data settings" dialog.
Target Platform button Sets the current platform to Dotnet/Java.
