The Search Results window is the listing of results returned by the "Search and Replace" function in response to a keyword query (click here for more information). Here the results are displayed clearly with data categorized by the element name, type etc., which showing where the keyword query has matched within the search scope.

The Search Results window consists of the command bar and the gridview. The left side of the command bar displays the total number of the found results which match the keyword query. Next to the result number is the "Clear search results" button which help you to clean up the existing results. On the right side of the command bar, you can find the "Automatic column with" which automatically increases the width of each column in the gridview to fit the contents in each column.

The gridview displays all the matched results in rows and columns, each row for each result and each column for a category of the result data. There are the following columns: "Project", "Package", "Document", "Procedure", "Type", "Name". You can click on the header of a column to sort all the results according to the A-Z (or Z-A) order of the values in that column. You can also easily find the location of a matched result by double-clicking on the result row, it will focus the related element (it will also automatically open tab or expand node if necessary).

The Search Results is a tool window, so it can be docked, floating, opened, closed, resized or set to auto hide. When starting the OTF the first time, the Search Results window is already opened and docked at the right of the Trace tool window under the Workflow Designer. You can open or close it via the "Search Results window" button ("SearchResults16.png") in the Ribbon.
