Description
GetDbSpecialDataGroupCaption returns the shortname of the MCDDbSpecialDataGroupCaption. If there is not caption available, an empty string is returned.
NOTE — The appropriate MVCI system operation is MCDDbSpecialDataGroup::getCaption
