BooleanTerm DiagDataBrowsingPlus.IsDbParameterConstant(DbParameterTerm dbParameter);

Description

IsDbParameterConstant returns True if the parameter is of ODX type CODED-CONST or PHYS-CONST otherwise False.

The appropriate MVCI system operation is MCDDbParameter::isConstant
